Ty directs the Central Texas commercial development operations in Austin and San Antonio.
CAREER HIGHLIGHTS
Ty joined Transwestern in 1984 and has 27 years of experience in commercial real estate in Texas. Between 1998 and 2007, he has directed the development of approximately 5,437,000 square feet of office and industrial properties in Austin, Houston, and San Antonio valued in excess of $450 million. In addition, Ty was responsible for the development of one of Austin's largest master-planned office parks, Barton Oaks Plaza. This 20-acre project contains 550,000 square feet of office space.

Ty earned his Bachelor of Business Administration in finance and Masters of Business Administration from The University of Texas at Austin. He is a licensed Real Estate Broker in Texas.
