ULI Austin members are educating area students about urban development, assisting local communities with complex planning and development issues, and planning a series of programs that examine each of the city’s neighborhoods. Why be left out? Join a committee and become a leader in fostering responsible land use in Central Austin.

Our Committees:

Community Outreach: UrbanPlan, TAPs, Local Design Competitions

UrbanPlan -Do you ever wish that more residents, public officials and community leaders had a better understanding of the land use decisions they are making today, and the impact that these decisions will have on the future fabric of the community? Help us expand UrbanPlan, a land use planning and real estate development program that teaches high school students about urban development. 

TAPs - Help us expand our technical assistance panels, a program that provides free, one-day consultations to non-profits and local governments struggling with development roadblocks. We are also extending our platform to include support of community-based projects.

     Local Design Competitions -

Programs: Do you have a great idea for a program?  Help us plan lunches, project tours, case studies, workshops and forums.

Sponsorship: Help us find companies that should be involved in helping ULI Austin expand it's community outreach adn programs.

Membership: We are devising the best ways to keep our members, expand our base and increase the value of ULI Austin membership.
